I've been talking about one of Georgian's investments, Chorus. This is the future, and there's some really cool tech at play behind the scenes. And can it be had if we took advantage of AI and conversational data? In short, yes. While in reality, we didn't address it all what we felt we had. We walk away from a conversation thinking everything was roses and sunshine. But there's so much more, and often we don't know what we're missing. We've all heard the old saw about people looking at you with their arms folded across their chests. Human interaction, there's a lot we know, but a lot to learn.
